A Global Forwarding and Logistics Company seeks the services of Head of Ocean Growth Corporate Division 1. Driving volume growth across all ocean freight products in coordination with Country management and product heads. 2. Leading pricing activities to ensure efficiency and competitiveness. 3. Overseeing large tenders and ensuring efficient execution. 4. Spearheading RFQ analytics to enhance win ratios. 5. Conducting risk analysis and proposing strategies to achieve growth targets. 6. Simplifying RFQ processes to increase efficiency. 7. Driving engagement with senior commercial products. 8. Developing and executing local trade lane plans. 9. Defining target customers and driving STP within the business segment. 10. Coordinating and aligning commercial approaches across all products. 11. Serving as the focal point for Marketing & Sales activities within the country. 12. Ensuring process alignment with Marketing & Sales. Required Skills: - In-depth knowledge of the logistics industry, especially ocean freight. - Result-oriented with a commercial mindset. - Strategic thinker with action-oriented approach. - Strong negotiation skills. - Leadership abilities. - Excellent networking and interpersonal skills. - Ability to lead internal and external meetings. - Coaching skills and cultural adaptability. Skills/Qualifications: Key Capabilities/Competencies: Business Segment: - Customer orientation - Planning & organizing - Decision making Leadership Segment: - Developing people - Building and leading teams Personal Segment: - Influencing Must Have Minimum 8 years in the ocean freight forwarding industry. Degree in Business Management or related field - Sales experience is advantageous. - Experience in a multinational environment and large corporations with a proven track record of customer growth and leadership Experience in managing the growth strategies and objectives of the Ocean Freight product. Commercial Astute and knowledgeable on the entire Ocean Freight pricing strategies and Industry Great negotiator and proven business wins Advanced knowledge of the Freight Forwarding Industry, extensive knowledge of Ocean Freight and its advanced technologies. Minimum 8 years in Logistics Industry Industry Sales experience Used to work in a multinational environment and in a large corporation with proven track record of customer growth and Leadership.
