Head of Product (IoT) - Johannesburg
Our client has a Head of Products (IoT) position available. Requirements: 4 year tertiary degree- MBA or Masters would advantageous. Relevant certification with a professional body required for this role. Fluent in English and the language of residing country. 5 years Manager track record with 3 years in a relevant sector of specialisation. Understanding of Telemetry, M2M and both IoT as well as Industrial IoT. KPAs: Lead the Product positioning by combining platform driven IoT services with leading IoT technologies. Translate the IoT product strategy into segment-based product offerings. Gather customer insights through focus groups and market research surveys. Lifecycle management of existing IoT products and solutions. Formulise the existing IoT offerings into a wholistic product offering. Manage and support cross functional product development teams involved in design and the build of new IoT products and solutions. Manage revenue, costs and budgets.
