Head of Sales - Print Solutions | Location: Johannesburg, South Africa 1.4 mill - 1.8 mill pa plus incentives & bonuses Position Overview: The Head of Sales will play a crucial role in driving the company's revenue growth, market share, and customer satisfaction in the print solutions sector. This senior leadership position demands strategic thinking, exceptional sales leadership, and a deep understanding of the print industry landscape. Based in Johannesburg, the successful candidate will lead a high-performing sales division, foster key client relationships, and contribute to the overall success and growth of the organization. Requirements 10 - 20 year's senior sales management experience on director level Excellent understanding of the print industry (Production print / Labelling / Wide format) Must be based in JHB Strategic thinker Innovator Able to travel nationally Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the sales strategy in alignment with overall business objectives. Provide visionary leadership to the sales division nationwide, driving performance and exceeding revenue targets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives. Team Management: Recruit, train, and develop a high-calibre sales teams nationwide Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Set clear performance expectations and provide ongoing feedback to ensure individual and team success. Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategic decision-making. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and delivering customized print solutions. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
