Design and implement go-to-market strategies for streaming products. Manage the product P&L and ensure delivery of success-based KPIs. Description: This company is looking for a business leader to head the growth of the company at a local and global level. The right candidate is a data-driven business unit head with experience in both digital streaming video product development and operations as well as performance marketing and monetization in the streaming industry. Success for this role is the launch and immediate growth in audience and content creator community numbers. This Director reports to the COO of the company, the digital media venture of the company. Responsibilities: Design and implement go-to-market strategies for streaming products Manage the product P&L and ensure delivery of success-based KPIs Lead the creation of great content streams and partnerships with content creators. Maintain a view of the total scope of content efforts including creator delivery roadmaps, in order to anticipate and manage CoP, technical dependencies, and third-party partners. Develop programs to continually engage and sustain viewership and engagement on the company. Use CMS and video engagement analytics to drive insight to further new user acquisition growth. Conceptualize and manage global and local level promotional campaigns including social, search, syndication and events, and other monetization strategies. What we’re looking for … You’ll need to have: Bachelor’s Degree or at least 10 years work experience Experience in managing digital streaming products in both operations and business Knowledge of broadcast industry and technology Strong team leadership skills in a fast-paced team dynamic Displays unconventional thinking and an appetite for innovation Better if you have: Knowledge in digital marketing and UX design. Exposure to Content management systems, server load considerations, cloud hosting Knowledge in multimedia or video editorial operations & oversight protocol Knowledge of video media regulation across emerging markets and content distribution rights protocol. Knowledge of incident and risk management controls and processesFamiliarity with Agile and Scrum methods Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Can effectively communicate complex concepts across various internal stakeholders.Master’s degree.
