Health & Fitness Facility Program Manager, 12 month contract, Western Cape - Cape Town City Centre


Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:

  • Grade 12, with Tertiary Degree in either Business / Entrepreneurship or Health & Fitness related field or equivalent prior experience
  • 3+ years experience in managing a small to medium business
  • Track record of developing a sustainable business model, preferably in the health and fitness related industry
  • Good computer literacy on MS Office and email
  • Staff management, project management & general management skills
  • Willing to work weekends and able to deal with pressure
  • Xhosa speaking ability and MBA Post Graduate Business Management / Project Management skills advantageous
The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to:
  • Manage facilities premises maintained; manage marketing & social media messaging
  • Monitoring, evaluation & reporting on project progress remain abreast of queries; regular project monitoring; regular reporting; tracking members facility usage; tracking expenditures
  • Engage / communicate with key stakeholders maintain relationships; host funders
  • HR Management line manage staff; host meetings; performance planning; delegate project tasks

Salary: Market related
