Home loan Administrator

Well established client is looking for a Home Loans Administrator / Mortgage Administrator with 3-5 year experience dealing with loans/mortgages.

Remote position

Salary: R15 000.00 – R20 000.00 per month

Position: Permanent

Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12

3-5 years experience as a Home Loans Administrator

Experience working for a Financial Services / bank / Home Loans providers

KYC / FICA / AML experience

A confident person with communication skills of the highest standard encompassing listening, written, telephone and face to face client interaction

Eager to learn

Highly attentive to detail

Happy to work in a team, a great sense of humour is required.

Level-headed and able to prioritise the workload and work to deadlines

Comfortable with IT and with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and associated software

Key Responsibilities:

The administrative aspects of the process, such as maintaining current records, communicating, upgrading our internal systems, and abiding by internal and external compliance guidelines, will also fall within your purview.

Capable of providing assistance to clients, attorneys, insurance companies, managers, and home loan advisors.

We will rely on you every day to oversee our pipeline of pending applications. This will entail talking with lenders and insurers over the phone for a lengthy period, finding out the status of applications that are already pending, and actively trying to expedite the process. You'll make sure our clients are kept informed and provided outstanding service throughout the procedure.
