Homeware Sales Consultant - - Somerset West

A reputable supplier of high-quality fabrics, rugs, wallpaper, and homeware is seeking a Sales Consultant for its new retail store in Waterstone Village, Somerset West.

Responsibilities:

Build long-standing and productive relationships with customers.
Sell luxury homeware products and achieve/exceed sales targets.
Maintain retail showroom standards and operations.
Manage orders of additional products for the showroom.
Support external sales consultants.
Assist with the payment process.

Minimum Requirements:

National senior certificate.
At least 3 years of sales experience in a retail environment (preferably with a luxury brand).
Knowledge of homeware advantageous.
Experience in conducting and managing regular stock takes.
Excellent communication skills (written and spoken).
Customer service-focused and oriented.
Highly sales-driven and focused on achieving the end result.
Must be professional and well-presented.
Self-motivated.
General business acumen.

Working Hours: You will be required to work a 45-hour week (inclusive of 1-hour lunch per day) that will be rostered in accordance with the specific store/mall trading times.
