Property close to Hluhluwe is looking for a Hospitality Operations Manager, ideally the candidate would have a strong hotel background, an eye for detail, systems and controls and a passion for staff training and development. The candidate will report directly to the General Manager & owners. Sales & Marketing to increase occupancy. Monitor and training of staff Shift planning and work schedule setup Assist with problem solving by offering guidance and support Assist with the setup and implementation of policies and procedures and enforcement thereof Monitor weekly and monthly stock takes, stock levels, and cost of sales Supervision of the operational departments with regular feedback to Directors & shareholders Conduct regular checks on all aspects of the lodge to ensure that everything is up to standard. Requirements: Hospitality Diploma or tertiary qualification in Hotel Management The candidate must have strong managerial, organizational and administration skills and have a passion for working with guests. Computer Literate English speaking, fluent in written and spoken English Driver’s License valid PDP will be an advantage Valid First Aid Certification Physically fit, sober habits and in good health Strong leadership skills Honest Team player
