Purpose We are looking for a Hospitality Product Trainer that will be based in Durban to deliver training in line with the company and client objectives. To learn and continuously improve the content and delivery styles required to train new trainees and develop the existing agent capabilities. Can confidently deliver required courses with exceptional product and skills knowledge. Job description An experienced hospitality trainer is required to deliver training in line with the company and client objectives. To learn and continuously improve the content and delivery styles required to train new trainees and develop the existing agent capabilities. Duties & Responsibilities · 1 Year Minimum experience in training for hospitality partners · External requirement for new hospitality · Facilitate Training group as per Client curriculum requirements · Conduct Training Needs Identification as per project requirements and report findings · Attend Quality Calibration sessions and ensure variance is less than 5% · Support Projects/BQ Management/Campaign Launches, Upskills, Refreshers · Take Calls for minimum 4 hours each month · Attend TTT with client or Master Trainer and ensure period sign off/certification is up to date · Attend Trainer Certification programmes – internal/external · Self-upskill on Industry updates and relevant knowledge · Communicate with team on Knowledge and Skill change updates for relevant campaigns · Coordinate with Grad bay Manager to help transition agent from Training to Grad bay as per expectations · Coach his/her own Trainees on observed Knowledge and Skill gaps · Manage Attrition within Training groups with regular one on ones and EWS · Review Training content and suggest new ways of delivery to improve effectiveness · Complete Training Administrative tasks as per set timelines · Continuously monitor Process and Knowledge updates and suggest changes to Training content and delivery · Collect feedback on Knowledge and Skill gaps from Grad bay groups. Suggest improvements to Training Manager, Content Designer and Gradbay Managers towards Continuous Improvement · Coordinate with Grad bay Manager to help transition agent from Training to Grad bay as per expectations · Keep up to date with changes by attempting monthly Knowledge Assessment Here's what you'll need: 2-3 years Hospitality Training experience is essential 1 Year Minimum experience in training for hospitality partners 1-2 years of Experience in training facilitation, design and delivery Facilitation Experience Communication skills Interpersonal skills Influencing skills Detail orientation Microsoft Office Markert Related Apply Now
