The successful candidate would be required to meet, greet, and seat guests, answer and direct telephone calls make and follow up on bookings, and handle the daily cash-ups for the restaurant sessions.

Requirement:

• Grade 12 qualification and proficiency in computer literacy are required.
• Previous experience in reception roles, preferably in a hospitality setting.
• Prior experience as a waiter in a hospitality environment would be advantageous.
• Polite and friendly individual with quick thinking abilities.
• Well-spoken and well-presented demeanor.
• Strong administration skills and organizational abilities are essential.
• Ability to perform well under pressure.
• Previous experience with the Micros point of sale system is necessary.
