Experienced Front Office Attendant required for Hotel in Polokwane with Opera experience Opera System Experience required, for n minimum of 1 year, the Opera experience should be recent 3 years experience in a hotel reception Polite, friendly person that can think on their feet. Well-spoken and presented individual. Strong administration skills Grade12 and computer literate. Duties will include the following: Answer and direct telephone calls. Assist with queries and guests complaints. Make reservations, adjustments to reservations. Process payments and compile invoices of guests stay.
