Hotel Front Office Attendant (Live-out) - Polokwane

Requirements:
  • 3 years experience in a hotel reception
  • Polite, friendly person that can think on their feet.
  • Well-spoken and presented individual.
  • Strong administration skills
  • Grade12 and computer literate.
Duties will include the following:
  • Answer and direct telephone calls.
  • Assist with queries and guests complaints.
  • Make reservations, adjustments to reservations.
  • Process payments and compile invoices of guests stay.
  • Daily reporting and handovers
  • Do guest check ins and guest check outs
