We are in search of a Campus Manager / Principal / Campus Head to oversee daily operations and the ongoing training & development of students, programme facilitation, school administration, campus and staff management, sales & marketing activities, academic & curriculum control, financial management and the strategic implimentation and control of systems and campus activities. REQUIREMENTS: 3-year Degree qualification in Business Management or Hospitality Management / Culinary Arts / Sales & Marketing 3 - 5 years’ experience in managing a small to medium sized tertiary college / hotel school / chef school is essential Proven track record in growing sales of a business. Exceptional administration, communication and organizational skills Management and Leadership Skills, Highly Computer Literate, Strong Interpersonal skills Well-networked industry professional, attended regular seminars, business school courses to keep up with developments in area of speciality KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Implement the national sales strategy and achieve Campus sales targets for both the Hotel and Chef School Effective management of cost control of Campus financials, as well as Debtors management to ensure profitability and sustainability Management of System Administration and facilities in and around the campus To comply with accrediting bodies and have a high standard of quality and excellence Manage performance of Campus staff Ensure the Company/Campus Social Responsibility initiatives are supported Implement Customer Relationship Management Strategy at the campus
