HR ADMINISTRATOR - Cape Town Region

Minimum requirements:
  • HR National Diploma
  • 2 - 5 years work experience in a similar position
  • Knowledge of applicable software i.e.: Kronos, Mpower; Saflec
  • Ensure that Kronos Time and Attendance system is optimized for weekly & Monthly payroll
  • Checking that hours worked by employees are properly authorized by relevant Dept Head timeously
  • Processing of weekly & monthly Input accurately and on time
  • Capturing of leave, training & Disciplinaries on H.R System
  • Generate various reports as required e.g., overtime, leave, sick leave, training
  • Ensure that all HR Administration for New Engagements & Exiting employees is completed timeously and well maintained for record purposes
  • Assist weekly & monthly staff with medical aid queries, Loan applications etc.
  • Ensure that all HR administration for Retirement Fund home Loans / Beneficiary forms / Funeral Claims is completed accurately and on time
  • Assist with Ad hoc HR duties as required from time to time
