We're seeking an experienced HR Administrator / Coordinator - Permanent Position - Epping (Cape Town). To provide day to day Human Resource administrative support and contribute to the long-term development of the HR function. ONLY applicants that are currrently Living in Western Cape Town area will be considered Are you an HR Fundi in extracting time and attendance data from KRONOS for accurate reconciliations weekly? Experienced in reviewing if HODs have signed off electronic time cards, as well as checking for missing clock-ins before submitting file to payroll for processing? Once the payroll has been captured, have you checked payslips to confirm correct payments or justify short payments before final pay run is processed? Do you also have good HR Admin experience: Capturing of leave, training & Disciplinaries on H.R System Generate various reports as required e.g., overtime, leave, sick leave, training Ensure that all HR Administration for New Engagements & Exiting employees is completed timeously and well maintained for record purposes. Assist weekly & monthly staff with medical aid queries, Loan applications etc. Ensure that all H.R administration for Retirement Fund home Loans / Beneficiary forms / Funeral Claims is completed accurately and on time Assist with Ad hoc H.R duties as required from time to time Qualifications Grade 12 Qualification Post-matric qualification preferable i.e. H.R National Diploma Incumbent must be computer literate (MS Office - Excel, Word, Microsoft Outlook) - must have good excel skills. The management of time and attendance and sending the file to payroll for payment is a crucial skill. Checking of payslips and understanding of payroll is also critical - so these two will form a large part of the job. Package & Remuneration Salary:R22 - R26 basic salary.
