Requirements: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field Proven experience in recruitment and human resources administration, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry Familiarity with recruitment best practices, including sourcing strategies, candidate assessment techniques, and employment law compliance Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates, hiring managers, and team members The main purpose of this position: We are seeking a talented Recruitment and Human Resource Administrator to join our client's team in the pharmaceutical industry The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition, with experience in sourcing, screening, and selecting suitable candidates for various roles. Additionally, this role involves managing day-to-day recruitment processes and ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and compliant with industry regulations If you are passionate about finding top talent and contributing to the success of a dynamic organisation, we encourage you to apply Duties & Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and assess candidates through various channels, including online job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks Conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and fit for available positions Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process Maintain a pipeline (Talent Database) of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs Recruitment Process Management: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, create job descriptions, and develop recruitment strategies Track and report on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and candidate satisfaction, to optimise recruitment processes Coordinate pre-employment activities, including background checks and reference checks Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities, including candidate profiles, interview feedback, and offer details Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and industry standards throughout the recruitment process Prepare and distribute internal communications regarding recruitment updates, job openings, and hiring initiatives Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for senior management regarding recruitment trends, challenges, and successes Candidate Experience: Provide a positive and professional experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process, serving as the primary point of contact for inquiries and updates Gather feedback from candidates to continually improve the recruitment process and enhance the employer brand Uphold the company's values and culture in all interactions with candidates, ensuring a consistent and positive employer brand image Apply Now
