A leader within the agriculture sector is looking for a HR Officer to join their team in Centurion. This role will be responsible to support the smooth and efficient running of the HR department. Minimum of 1-year experience in a HR role. Skills development facilitator, including compilation and submission of annual ATR and WSP. Employment equity reporting and compliance. Run the payroll system. Experience and knowledge around drafting company policies, contracts and procedures. Administration of medical and and pension fund Recruitment Drafting of company policies and procedures. Employee induction and performance management. Diploma / Tertiary Degree in HR Min 1 year experience in a HR role. Working knowledge of HR principles, policies and practices. R 150 000 - R 240 000 CTC per annum (Negotiable on experience and qualifications) Apply Now
