Matric and HR Certificate / Diploma
SAGE VIP / Premier experience is essential
Minimum of 4 - 5 years payroll experience
Valid drivers license and own reliable transport
The purpose of the HR and Payroll Administrator to provide support to the business on all HR processes and to ensure timeous and accurate execution of payroll
Human Resources- Provide operational support to the business with regards to the end to end HR process
- Assist in ensuring overall compliance in line with internal processes as well statutory requirements
- Partner with junior employees and supervisors on all HR processes and policies
- Work collaboratively with employees in the business to create a favorable culture in the organisation
Payroll- Oversee accurate processing of monthly payroll for approximately 130 employees
- File all appropriate information for record keeping on the payroll files
- Resolve employee payroll queries
- Oversee month end procedures (month end payments, UIF declarations and month end reporting)
High energy, self-starter who has the ability to be pro-active, can act independently on own initiative and has the ability to achieve deliverables
