Key Responsibilities:- Assist with HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, updating databases, and generating reports.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.
- Assist in organising employee engagement activities and events.
- Support compliance efforts by ensuring adherence to HR policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration as needed.
Requirements:- Previous experience in an HR assistant or administrative role, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing sector.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and HRIS software.
- Understanding of compliance standards and regulations in the manufacturing industry.
- Diploma or degree in Human Resources Management or related field is preferred.
