HR Assistant - Pretoria

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, updating databases, and generating reports.
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.
  • Assist in organising employee engagement activities and events.
  • Support compliance efforts by ensuring adherence to HR policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration as needed.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an HR assistant or administrative role, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing sector.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and HRIS software.
  • Understanding of compliance standards and regulations in the manufacturing industry.
  • Diploma or degree in Human Resources Management or related field is preferred.
