An exciting opportunity has become available within the IT industry, for a HR Assistant/ Recruitment Administrator. The position is remote-based. The HR Assistant/Recruitment Administrator will collaborate within the Human Resources and Recruitment team, aiding in various aspects such as employee onboarding, performance management, training and development, and talent management. This role entails providing administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of the department. We seek a detail-oriented individual with exceptional organizational skills and strong time management abilities. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail and proficiency in maintaining accuracy across administrative duties. The primary responsibility involves assisting HR and Recruitment managers in administrative tasks, requiring the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment . Coordinate and schedule interviews, meetings, and appointments for HR and Recruitment managers. Maintain accurate records of candidate applications, interviews, and hiring processes. Prepare, maintain, and post job advertisements across various recruitment channels. Screen CV ' s and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions. Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and status updates. Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing contracts and coordinating orientation sessions. Provide administrative support to the HR and Recruitment department, managing email correspondence and inquiries. Support HR-related projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys and training programs. Assist in organizing HR-related events and company gatherings. Ensure confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information. Contribute to the improvement of HR and Recruitment processes by suggesting efficiency-enhancing measures. As a remote member of the HR and Recruitment team, you must be a well- organized self-starter with integrity, capable of managing your workload independently. Collaboration is key, as you'll need to work effectively within the team to ensure smooth operations and support workflow processes. Listed below are the skills and attributes required for success: Minimum of three years' experience working in a professional environment, preferably in an administrative or HR-related role. Familiarity with administrative processes and procedures is desirable. A formal qualification, such as an associate degree in Human Resources, would be advantageous. Excellent Communication: Proficient in written and verbal communication for drafting emails, reports, and engaging effectively with colleagues and stakeholders. Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain accuracy and precision in tasks such as data entry, record-keeping, and document preparation. Organization and Time Management: Skilled in prioritizing tasks, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and meeting deadlines consistently. Problem-Solving Ability: Capable of identifying issues, analyzing situations and data, and implementing effective solutions independently or collaboratively. Strong Administrative Skills: Proficiency in administrative tasks including coordinating schedules, managing emails, facilitating meetings, and providing support to colleagues. Adaptability and Productivity: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, adjusting to changing priorities, handling unexpected challenges, and maintaining productivity in a remote setting. Confidentiality and Discretion: Demonstrates discretion and handles sensitive information with car and maturity, always maintaining confidentiality . Team Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively within a team, coordinating schedules, facilitating meetings, and providing administrative support to colleagues and line managers. Familiarity with Administrative Processes: Knowledge of filing systems, document management, and other administrative procedures.
