Main Accountabilities Learning & Development •Identify skill gaps and training needs within the organization. This may involve surveys, interviews, and data analysis to determine areas for improvement •Design, develop, and implement learning and development initiatives •Assist in managing organizational change by supporting strategies to help employees adapt to new processes, technologies, or organizational structures •Work with HR to identify and develop high-potential employees, create career development plans, and implement succession planning initiatives •Promote and maintain a positive organisational culture and implement strategies as required •Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment of learning and development initiatives with organizational goals •Communicate effectively with employees at all levels to promote participation and engagement •Ensure that learning and development initiatives comply with relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies •Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in organizational development and learning to continuously improve programs and practices •Facilitate programmes such as group Induction and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Training: Application for funding with FoodBev SETA during grant funding windows Responsible for completion and submission of documents for graduate registration timeously to the SETA Timeous compilation and submission of WSP/ATR Act as point of contact for BBBEE for Skills Development Pillar Act as point of contact with disabled learnership service providers Track current bursary students ensuring payments and AODs are up to date Payroll •Ensure that all payrolls and supporting rewards / benefits are effectively managed to support the business growth agenda •Deliver focused accurate payrolls consistently month in month out Ad hoc Projects •Support and coordination of a specific projects as per management request Skills/Competencies Accuracy and attention to detail Written & oral ability to communicate complex ideas concisely Able to operate in complex and dynamic working environment Analytical skills Decision making & judgment Problem Solving - enquiring mind, lateral thinking Experience, qualifications and other requirements specific to the role Essentia l: Relevant Qualification – Bachelors Degree/Diploma in HR or Industrial Psych Minimum of 3 years HR experience and successful track record working within the HR Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications. Passion for people development, relationship building Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills (multiple complex analyses simultaneously). Good planning and project management skills.
