· Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests. · Maintain digital and electronic records of employees. · Recruitment of candidates and conducting pre-appointment checks · Maintain calendars of the HR manager · Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas. · Identify training needs and make necessary and make training arrangements for stores. · Onboard and collect all necessary information of new employees. · Payroll Management bonus if you have Sage experience. · Termination of employees and conducting exit interviews · Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices. · Employee Leave Management · Health and Safety coordination for stores. · Grade 12 and Diploma/Degree in Human Resources Management (HRM) · 1 – 2 years' experience in similar role · Ability to meet deadlines. · Good computer skills MS Excel Intermediate · Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. · Excellent interpersonal skills, confidentiality. · Work with initiative, adaptable with strong admin skills Salary: R6 500,00 - R8 500,00 per month
