Grade 12 or equivalent at NQF level 4 · Relevant HR qualification Relevant and sufficient experience as a HR Clerk / similar HR role · Mining environment experience will be advantageous · Knowledge of manning processes · Previous knowledge of exercising labour control measures, including visit to surface and underground work stations Working knowledge of leave planning and operational legislation · Computer literacy related to HR Information Systems, Time Attendance Systems and Microsoft Office Suite · Medical Certificate of Fitness Perform continuous inspections to ensure legal compliance · Assisting the HR Business Partner with employee labour related queries and accurate record keeping · Administrating unavailable labour and distributing reports as required · Updating and monitoring the HR information system · Compiling absenteeism documents and arranging case handling (venue, Line Manager, etc) · Accurate data input by ensuring that all employee movements and actions recorded are done timeously · Performing any other HR related activities associated with the role
