Key Performance Areas · HR Strategy: Implement and manage an HR Strategy which is aligned with the business strategy. · HR Management: Manage the personnel function in respect of Payroll; Recruitment; Training and Development; Pension Fund; Policies and procedures; and Management reporting. · HR Administration: Oversee HR Administration function. · Employee Wellness: Manage and oversee Employee Wellness and Relations such as disciplinary enquiries, complex Industrial Relations, social upliftment and counselling. · Cost and Budget Control: Control budget by forecasting costs and monitoring expenditure. · Effective People Management: Maintain a high performing team by ensuring conflict is managed, skills are developed and a performance management plan is implemented Desired Experience & Qualification Attention to Detail Strategic Thinking Service Orientation Negotiation Skills Degree or National Diploma Honours/ Post Graduate Qualifications are preferred 4 years HR experience MS Office – Advanced Knowledge of HR packages are advantageous The post HR Executive appeared first on freerecruit.co.za .
