The purpose of this role is managing end to end recruitment processes, managing employee relations and conflict resolution, implementing HR processes and procedures and administering employee benefits and compensation The Minimum requirement for this role is 3 - 5 years HR Experience Degree or Diploma in HR Management Mining/Manufacturing experience preferably Strong IR and ER experience Knowledge of labour laws and regulations Experience in HR Transformation EE, BEE, SDL This is the perfect role for someone whose looking to gain experience handling all HR related matters in a business.
