Generalist HR Manager required to manage the full HR, IR and EE function for a large company in the service industry. All HR generalist functions including recruitment, administration, remuneration, contracts Industrial and Employee relations Performance, disciplinaries & CCMA (with the assistance of an outsourced legal team) Statutory reporting including training and development, BBBEE Departmental budget management, strategy Development of employment policies and procedures Organisational development Management of the corporate social investment Exco reporting Management of HR administrators Human Resources degree or related qualification is essential Experience in generalist HR management including staff management IR experience BBBEE experience Must be willing to travel within South Africa - R50k-R55k CTC, including Provident Fund (dependant on experience and qualification)
