Responsibilities: Ensure the company is compliant with HR statutory and legal requirements Ensuring reporting data is accurate and on time to meet HR reporting deadlines. Ensure the business is capacitated always by following the recruitment process. Ensure skills development across all levels for employees to function effectively. To analyse the IR risk and ensure that there is no industrial conflict risk.
