Support HR professionals in training and development initiatives. Participate in employee relations activities and grievance handling. Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing workplace culture. Gain exposure to HRIS systems and data analysis. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
