The OPFA is looking to provide practical experience in the following talent management and human resources information management areas. Responsibilities Processing employee benefit claims. Administration of service awards. Compiling monthly reports for absenteeism, turnover, leave excess, new hires. Providing first line support for both manager and employee enquiries. Draft appointment and regret letters. Maintain personal files and filing cabinets. Recruitment and selection: schedule interviews and contact candidates for information and documentation. Take minutes of meetings. Payroll preparation. Qualifications and Experience National Diploma, B-Tech or a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Psychology Human Resources Management. Honours degree in any of the above fields will be advantageous. Tertiary transcripts. Minimum Requirements and Key Competencies Be articulate, analytical, and detail-oriented. Strong computer literacy - proficient in Excel. Maintain high ethical standards. Behavioural Attributes The potentially suitable candidate must be a functional and creative thinker, passionate about service delivery, and deliver against deadlines. The candidate must be energetic and outcomes driven. An influential team player, and a great communicator, with high levels of integrity and professionalism.
