HR Learner - Fourways

Overview: The HR Learner will be responsible for assisting the HR team in various administrative and operational HR functions. This role is designed to provide hands-on learning and exposure to the various aspects of human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration. Key Responsibilities HR Support: Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels. Coordinate interview schedules and logistics. Maintain candidate databases and records. Support the onboarding process for new hires. Prepare onboarding materials and documentation. Maintain employee records and databases. Assist in preparing HR-related reports and documents. Support in organizing HR-related events and activities. Assist in handling basic employee inquiries. Participate in employee engagement initiatives. Support in maintaining positive employee relations. Participate in HR training sessions and workshops. Qualifications: Matric Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Human Resources Management or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Proficiency in MS Office applications. Detail-oriented Personal Attributes : Enthusiastic and eager to learn.
