Requirements:

Matric
Relevant HR qualification
At least 10-12 years experience as a generalist, 2 of those years in a managerial role
Experience working in the Clothing industry would be an advantage, but not essential
Strong communication skills (ability to communicate effectively face-to-face and via email, phone, in meetings etc)
Organised with high attention to detail
Management and leadership skills
Emotional intelligence and empathetic
Ability to problem solve
Self-motivated and accountable
Calm and composed
Strong personality
MS Office
