Etion Create is an Original Design Manufacturer that specialises in the design, manufacture, integration and support of advanced technology systems. We are seeking to employ an HR Manager at Senior Level. Prime Responsibilities include: Provide guidance with HR policies and procedures HR related Operations Recruitment and retention People Management Performance Management Career Development Employee relations Learning and growth Occupational Health and Safety HR related Compliance Risk Management Skills Development Facilitator and all associated training responsibilities Assist with Employment Equity monitoring and reporting Management and preparation of data for corporate reporting Qualifications required: 4-year Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration. Experience required: 5 years' work experience in Human Resources 3-5 years' proven work experience as HR Manager 3-5 years' experience as HR Manager in a company with at least 100 employees will be advantageous Skills required: Knowledge of all HR related functions HR metric skills – (headcount, turnover, diversity, engagement, accuracy etc) Able to develop innovative solutions to address challenges and opportunities Strong organisational and administrative skills Problem solving skills Training and development skills Excellent communication and public speaking skills Able to analyse complex information and identify patterns Strong document writing skills Able to interpret and understand legal contracts Able to do research on HR related topics Strong stakeholder engagement skills and relationship building Knowledge of HR Systems and databases Computer literacy – solid proficiency in Microsoft Office In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices In depth knowledge of Employment Equity Act and EE requirements Exposure to Key Performance Areas and Indicators Knowledge of corporate governance and management best practices Interpersonal skills – foster positive and trusting relationships with employees and colleagues
