HR Officer - ER/IR - Kuruman
Requirements
- Degree: BCom HRM/ BSocSc Industrial Psychology or similar
- 3-5 years experience as a HR Generalist
- Previous experience working in the mining environment
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially on MS Excel
- Experience working on HR systems such as SAGE, Biometrics
- Extensive knowledge on South African Labour Legislation
- Valid drivers licence with own vehicle
KPA
- Access Cards and Time and Attendance
- Payroll related Administration
- Training and development
- Extensive Industrial Relations experience and initiating disciplinary cases
- Sound knowledge on recruitment /retention practises
