KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS Enable optimal workforce management system usage Facilitate shared service Coordinate employee wellness, engagement initiatives and related events Enable transformation through fair HR practice REQUIRED EDUCATION ESSENTIAL EDUCATION: Advanced National Certificate/Diploma in Human Resources DESIRED EDUCATION: None REQUIRED EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 2 years' experience in Human Resources or related environment DESIRED EXPERIENCE: None REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE Event coordination and initiative facilitation One to one facilitation skills Employee benefits and remuneration policies Human Resources policies and procedures Workforce Management systems and application Transformation fair practices Nursing workforce systems Computer literate (Microsoft Office) Shared Services processes All applicants will be considered, with the understanding that preference will be given in accordance with the Employment Equity Plan of Mediclinic Southern Africa, as well as internal applicants/employees that meet the minimum requirements.
