Job Purpose: This is an exciting opportunity for a young professional in our growing organisation, who will form part of a small, yet essential and hard-working team, at our head office in Centurion. Industrial relations (Grievances, disputes, bargaining and CCMA) Knowledge and application of Employment Law Process payroll information Compile monthly reports Administration, enquiries and employee queries Manage and process the exit interviews for staff Employment Equity Facilitation Skills and Development Facilitation Skills: Verbal and written communication Sensitivity Analytical thinking Logical thinking Decision making Public speaking Computer literacy Report writing Interpersonal skills Presentation skills Relationship building Conflict management Human Resources National Diploma/Degree Minimum of 3-5 years' experience within a unionized operational/production environment Excellent communication, both written and verbal Results driven and an innovative approach Analytical problem-solving approach Computer literate Own vehicle and valid driver's license No criminal record Market Related - Negotiable depending on experience Provident Fund 15 Days Annual Leave
