Reference: JHB003626-RM-1The role will be a Human Capital Generalist role with a specialised focus in IR/ER - The first aspect (HC Generalist) will be responsible for the full HC function for allocated branches (which allocation may change from time to time, but will commence with Gauteng and outlying branches – JHB, PTA, Mbombela, Polokwane, and Gabarone).- This involves supporting theses branches by providing specialist advice and support to line managers- As well as attending to certain administration and reporting functions relating to Human Capital - The IR/ER specialization will involve attending to internal and external disputes as the internal expert in this area;- minimizing internal disputes through ER management;- developing ER/IR/Employment Law training material based on identified needs;- and delivering said material to line managers in the business and/or- coordinating and managing IR/ER training via train-the-trainer method through other HR Practitioners in the business- litigating from CCMA to Labour Court when necessary
