Human Resource Administrator - Durban

Responsibilities:
  • Provide all information required for monthly Payroll to Finance Consultant (e.g. new hires, terminations, overtime, commission, salary advances and staff loans etc.)
  • Regulatory submissions (including IRP5, COID, STATS SA, UIF)
  • Managing electronic timekeeping system or manually collecting and reviewing timesheets
  • Monitor and track employee leave, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
  • Recruitment and onboarding: liaising with recruitment agents for vacancies within the company, set up interviews, and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires ensuring a smooth and positive experience
  • Employee relations: support in the administrative requirements relating to employee relations issues and contribute to fostering a positive workplace culture
  • Administration: maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation, prepare HR-related reports, and contribute to data analysis e.g. monitoring disciplinary action reporting
