We are looking for an experienced Human Resource Information System (HRIS) Consultant/Specialist to join a dynamic team. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide consulting services to clients, particularly HR teams and senior management, regarding the functionality, implementation, and maintenance of HRIS. The ideal candidate should possess comprehensive knowledge of HR practices, South African legislation, and hands-on experience with HRIS platforms. The role involves providing technical support, managing implementation projects, and ensuring smooth onboarding of new clients onto the HRIS system. Responsibilities: Consult with clients, particularly HR teams and senior management, to understand their HRIS needs and provide expert guidance on system functionality and best practices. Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for system optimization and efficiency improvements. Provide technical support to clients on HRIS-related issues, including troubleshooting, system configurations, and data management. Manage implementation projects for new HRIS modules or new client onboarding, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and client satisfaction. Conduct training sessions for clients on HRIS usage, features, and updates. Stay up-to-date with relevant South African legislation pertaining to HR practices and ensure compliance within the HRIS system. Collaborate with internal teams, including IT, HR, Project Management and senior management, to align HRIS strategies with organizational goals and objectives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems or related field. Solid understanding of HR principles and practices, with a minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience as an HRIS Specialist or HRIS consulting, or HR Administrator with solid experience on HRIS systems. Proven experience working with HRIS platforms Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects / clients simultaneously and deliver results within defined timelines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams. Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems and make data-driven decisions. Familiarity with South African labour laws and regulations pertaining to HR practices. Ability to travel to client sites as needed. Advanced Excel knowledge Proficient in generating and interpreting reports R 17 500 - R 50 000 - Monthly plus dependant on experience, work from home Apply Now
