Infinity Brands is looking for an experienced HR manager with industrial relations experience to provide HR consultation to assigned business units and to be instrumental in facilitating and implementing agreed company deliverables. Support the Head of departments and team members in the resolution of various employee relations issues and provide a comprehensive HR/IR service. Responsibilities • Oversee and Manager Industrial Relations • Drive high performance Culture • Effective Performance Management • Ensure good corporate Governance. • Ensure Compliance. • Employee Relations Management • Ensure up to date HR Policies & Procedures • Provide Strategic Input • Reporting etc. Requirements • Bcom Human Resource Management Degree or equivalent. • Labour Relations specialisation would be beneficial • 3 years’ experience in Human Resources Management • Knowledge of Relevant Legislation: BCEA, EEA, LRA, SDA, Labour Law, OHS and Liquor Legislation
