REQUIREMENTS | |
A relevant Degree or Diploma (NQF 6) Degree in Human Resource or Industrial Psychology. 3 to 5 years of experience in an HR environment, of which 3 years must be at an HR Consultant level. In addition to the above requirement, candidates who possess the specifications below will have an added advantage: Evident Experience in affirmative action and employee equity work; Exposure to HR in a Higher Education environment | |
