Human Resources Business Partner - - Johannesburg

In this role, you'll:

Partner with business leaders across departments to understand their unique HR needs and develop effective solutions.
Champion a data-driven approach to HR, recommending new policies and procedures to enhance business performance and employee engagement.
Lead the recruitment process, attracting and hiring top talent aligned with a growing organization.
Design and implement engaging learning and development programs to foster employee growth and career advancement. (non-technical)
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by proactively addressing employee relations issues and concerns.
Oversee employee onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition into the company culture.
Manage employee disciplinary processes and investigations in accordance with best practices.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in HR, talent management, and employment law.
Advocate for employees' needs and well-being, building strong relationships at all levels.

The ideal candidate will possess:

5+ years of experience in a generalist HR role.
Strong understanding of South African labour laws and best practices.
Proven track record of building collaborative relationships with leaders and employees.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
Passion for creating a positive and engaging work environment.
