Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team. The HRBP will act as a strategic partner to the organization's leadership team, providing expertise and support in all areas of human resources management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR practices, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to the organization's leadership team on all HR-related matters.
    Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Manage day to day employee queries.
  • Participate in the recruitment process and assist with ensuring our candidates have a positive experience.
    Conduct performance management processes, including performance evaluations, coaching, and disciplinary actions when necessary.
  • Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, investigations, and mediation.
  • Advise on and manage disciplinary matters including investigation, representing the company in both internal hearings and at the CCMA when required.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive work culture and enhance employee morale.
  • Stay current on HR trends and best practices and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to continuously improve HR processes and programs.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required, with a preference for a Master's degree.
  • 5+ years of experience in a human resources role, including a minimum of 2 years in a business partner capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated skill in fostering robust relationships with stakeholders across all levels in the business.
  • Exhibited strategic thinking and adept problem-solving abilities.
