Reference: CPT001500-Yon-1We are looking for Human Resources Consultant to provide professional and effective administrative and coordination support in all aspects of HR with a specialisation in Learning and Development to the HR Executive. Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Identifying departmental and organisational training needs Direct structured learning experiences and monitor the quality of results Assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into employees work behaviour Induction planning and facilitation Researching training providers for what is offered and prices analysis. Implementing learnership programmes Researching training providers for what is offered and prices analysis. Compiling and submitting relevant internal and external Learning and Development reports Making proposals on Learning and Development opportunities Recruitment Employee Relations HR Administration Job Requirements: 2 – 3 years’ experience in a relevant position Matric Diploma in Human Resources Excellent written and verbal communication skills Impartial with professional approach Planning, organising, analytical and decision-making skills. Ability to train. Attention to detail.
