Our client is looking for a Human Resource Manager to join their team in Centurion. This is a permanent half day and office based position. Main functions: Recruitment process expertise. New staff onboarding, training, maintaining company culture. Ensure all policies are in place and contracts are followed up with and signed. POPI Act legislation and compliance. Manage HR staff concerns such as disciplinary actions and labour matters. Knowledge of-, compliance- and management of safe working environment. Travel Arrangements as and when required. Requirements: Matric Certificate. Degree / Tertiary qualification. Minimum 2 years POST qualification experience in HR. Experience handling CCMA cases is desired. Must be reliable, trustworthy, honest, well presented and have excellent English communication skills. Afrikaans speaking will be advantageous. A market related basic salary will be offered.
