Description Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Receptionist at Prudent HR Solutions in East London. As a Human Resources Receptionist, your day-to-day tasks will involve providing administrative assistance, managing office equipment, performing receptionist duties, HR & IR Sales, Scheduling Meetings and maintaining phone etiquette. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a positive and professional experience. Qualifications Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices Experience in providing administrative assistance in an office setting Familiarity with office equipment and ability to troubleshoot minor issues Excellent receptionist skills, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and managing inquiries Professional phone etiquette with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Ability to prioritize tasks, maintain composure under pressure, and handle confidential information Proficiency in relevant software applications (e.g., MS Office, HRIS systems) Strong organizational and time management skills Basic Knowledge of labor laws and regulations is a plus Relevant certification or diploma in HR or related field is preferred Profile The ideal candidate for the role will have a solid grasp of basic HR principles and practices, supported by a willingness to learn and grow in the field. They should showcase some experience in providing administrative support in an office environment and exhibit budding receptionist skills, displaying a friendly and professional demeanor when greeting visitors and answering calls. The perfect candidate will be eager to troubleshoot minor office equipment issues, prioritize tasks with guidance, and maintain a positive attitude under pressure. Basic proficiency in relevant software applications, a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, and an understanding of the importance of confidentiality in handling information are crucial.
