Hydraulic Test Bench Lead - Edenvale
Qualification:
- Matric
- Min 3 years experience in operations of Hydraulic test benches
- Testing of gear pumps, piston pumps and piston motors
- Technical supervision of hydraulic pump / motor test benches
- Coordinate of work tasks for test bench operators
- Testing of specialized hydraulic pumps and motors
- Responsible person for trouble shooting during testing
- Responsible for coordination and monitoring of maintenance measures for test benches and ancillary equipment
- Review of test reports to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Documentation and reporting of work load, test quality, efficiency and equipment status
- Communication, cooperation and monitoring of external suppliers
- Failure analysis for test bench related hardware and software
- Ensure prompt fitting and removal of hydraulic pumps and motors from the respective test benches
