Monitor IT solutions within the area of responsibility. Report and troubleshoot problems as required. Apply regular updates and patches, as required. Create documentation, procedures and policies in relation to the areas of responsibility. Establish a good working relationship with his peers and other business actors. Talk to staff/clients through a series of actions, either face to face or virtually. Create Dashboards and Reports. Watch the market trends and analyze potential improvements within his area of responsibility.
