The purpose of the Implementation Management role is to support the successful implementation of Operational Support enhancements between Operational Support Shared Services & other functional departments related to Operational support within the business. The Implementation Manager is responsible for creating and implementing strategies and plans that maximize business efficiency & effectiveness based on Operational support services currently in play, this encompasses Operational Support functional areas of Quality, Work Force Management, Management Information & Business Intelligence. The Implementation Manager is responsible for ensuring that all initiatives meet their objectives on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities Change Management Collaborates with senior leaders and executives to ensure strategic alignment and achieve task completion. Orchestrates change management activities across cross-functional teams to drive the successful adoption of Enterprise transformation. Guides the prioritization of organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes crucial for the effective deployment of the change program. Develops a comprehensive change management strategy with clear objectives and measurable success criteria to ensure task completion. Implements a structured change management methodology, integrating a communications plan, sponsor roadmap, training plan, and resistance management plan to accomplish tasks efficiently. Evaluates the readiness of affected functions for change and conducts thorough change impact analyses to facilitate task completion. Assumes leadership of all change management activities, ensuring tasks are completed effectively. Proactively anticipates and addresses resistant behaviors from employees and stakeholders to expedite task completion. Monitors and promptly reports issues as they arise to ensure swift resolution and task completion. Identifies and prepares plans to mitigate risks, ensuring uninterrupted progress towards task completion. Generates actionable deliverables for the change management plan, fostering task completion within the designated timeline. Coordinates efforts with other shared service specialists to optimize task completion and overall project success. Collateral Development Develop, maintain, enhance and implement standard operating procedures across the functional area to support a level of Uniformity of Approach Manage internal relationships Acts as a internal consultant representing Ops Support Shared Services with functional areas Supports Ops Support Shared Services in tracking & driving all tasks & initiatives through to completion. Supports with clarification of impacts of all Ops Shared Services Implementation Level of authority Manage the entire implementation of initiatives derived from Operational Support Shared Services. Fulfil the role of Implementation Lead sponsor for the Ops Support Shared Services Remit Size The Implementation Manager has no direct supervisory responsibilities but works with multiple stakeholders across the business to drive adoption, utilisation, and proficiency within the scope of the proposed initiative. Skills and Competencies Ability to lead, inspire and influence others to move toward a common vision Exceptional listening skills Exceptional written and verbal communication Ability to communicate a message effectively to a variety of audiences High degree of tenacity, determination and persistence Flexible Able to work well at all levels within the organisation Ability to work in a demanding environment and handle multiple competing priorities Able to work collaboratively with others and through others Strong problem-solving skills Experience, Knowledge and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Communications or Business 4 years' experience within a change management, implementation specialist or business transformation role that required expert application of change management methodologies 3 years' experience in leadership or supervisory role Relevant industry standard change management certification e.g., CCMP,ACMP Prosci, ATD, CMI (Advantageous) A thorough understanding of how people respond to New Initiatives Experience with large-scale organisational change (Advantageous) Strong business acumen with an understanding of issues and challenges experienced within the BPO sector Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools Knowledge of approaches to project management Experience in BPO sector highly advantageous Apply Now
