Description Position duties: Implementation of employee improvement suggestions requests Designing of technical solution adequate to a specific application. Execution/implementation of projects Pre- and post-processing of projects Coming up with suggestions for improving the process and working methods Work performed in accordance with health and safety regulations at the workplace. Decision making – deciding how to implement Kaizen ideas. Rationalization proposals implemented and bringing measurable savings.
