As an Independent Review Consultant, you will be responsible for conducting objective and thorough reviews of various processes, procedures, and systems within client organizations. Responsibilities Conduct independent reviews of client organizations' processes, procedures, and systems Evaluate the effectiveness of controls and identify potential areas of risk Assess compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices Identify opportunities for improvement and provide recommendations Prepare detailed reports documenting findings and recommendations Communicate findings and recommendations to key stakeholders Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements Stay up-to-date with relevant regulations and industry trends Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Professional certification (e.g., CA(SA), CIA, CISA) preferred Proven experience in conducting independent reviews or audits Strong knowledge of control frameworks, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
